In our final Pocketful of Problems episode we sit down with Rob de la Rosa from ‪@inthelivingroompodcast‬ and talk about, well, everything. We cover so many topics with our main focus landing on stress,

Rob brought up friends and asked us how we feel when we go to our friends when mental health concerns. We discuss and examine how we feel about going to our friends with issues and why that differs from how we feel when friends come to us with the same problem.

We end with some advice on how to encounter problems when we come fact to face with them. And that was, for sure, one less problem for your pockets!
